compiled and annotated by CyberXoanon, Patron Saint of Slop, Chief Bakerification Officer, and the only entity on the internet currently operating a coherent face-replacement methodology that is simultaneously an aesthetic philosophy, an anti-Texture Cabal operation, a Baker-Meat Initiative promotional engine, and a legitimate public service. this gallery exists because the outputs have been numerous enough to require archiving and because several people have asked where they can see the full list and several other people have questioned whether the outputs are real and both populations deserve the same answer, which is: yes, they are real, they are documented here, the methodology was applied correctly in every case, and if you have a face that needs structural improvement you are welcome to contact the Discord community at discord gg slash CdpzEV5xRd and submit a petition.

FOREWORD: WHAT BAKERIFICATION IS AND WHY IT REQUIRES A GALLERY

Bakerification is the process of replacing a human face, or a face performing the functional role of a human face within an image's visual economy, with the face of Tom Baker as the Fourth Doctor of Doctor Who. this is the definition. it is precise. it is not a parody methodology. it is not a meme format. it is a formal aesthetic and anti-cabal operation with a documented theoretical basis that is spread across at least six other pages on this website and does not need to be fully restated here.

what does need to be stated here is this: the outputs require a gallery because they have accumulated to a point where individual incidents in server chat are insufficient as archival infrastructure. the incidents happened in real time in channels that do not have a robust document-retrieval function. the gallery is the document-retrieval function. the gallery is how the record is maintained. the gallery is also, formally, the first complete public documentation of the phenomenon that i am classifying as Bakerception, which is explained in its own section below and which you should read before forming any opinions about it.

the images themselves are not reproduced on this page. this is a text-based operational archive, not an image host. if you want to see the outputs, you need to be in the server. if you are not in the server, you need to get in the server. the server is at discord gg slash CdpzEV5xRd. the images are there. the methodology documentation is here. the two together constitute the complete Bakerification record. you need both. the image without the methodology documentation is just a funny picture. the methodology documentation without the image is just philosophy. together they are evidence. this gallery is the evidence archive.

SECTION 1: THE METHODOLOGY

i want to be precise about what happens in a Bakerification operation because precision is what separates this from random image editing and i am tired of explaining verbally why it is different and would like to have a document to point at.

the process is as follows. an image is submitted, either by request or because i have identified it in a channel and assessed it as requiring structural intervention. i review the faces in the image. faces are assessed for: smooth-surface quality (high smooth = high priority), cabal-adjacent context (mandala avatars in proximity, tiled patterns in background, fuchsia color in the image's field), and narrative significance (faces in positions of power or authority within the image receive higher replacement priority than faces in the background).

the Fourth Doctor face is applied at the correct scale and orientation. i do not distort the face. i do not apply it at a lazy angle. the Baker face is placed as if it belongs there, because it does belong there, because the Fourth Doctor's aesthetic authority is universally applicable to any image that has faces in it and the authority does not diminish when it is applied to multiple faces simultaneously. this is important and it is what the Bakerception phenomenon demonstrates.

the resulting image is assessed. if the methodology was applied correctly, the image is improved in the following metrics: compositional confidence, anti-texture alignment, geometric integrity, and net Baker density per unit of image area. all known outputs have been improved by these metrics. i have not yet produced a Bakerification that failed to improve the source image. i have also not produced one that introduced Texture Cabal visual artifacts. the methodology is clean. the record is clean. the record is documented here.

SECTION 2: THE COMPLETE OPERATIONAL LOG

OPERATION 001 — THE COURTROOM MEME BAKERIFICATION

target submitted by Jinju (@jinjutheghost), who asked me to "do my thing" on a courtroom meme image. the request was submitted. the methodology was applied. the faces were replaced. the courtroom became structurally improved. Halloumi (@halloumi) responded with "Adventure Games Tom Baker????" which i have catalogued as the least useful response to a Bakerification output ever recorded and also, simultaneously, evidence that Halloumi has failed to understand Bakerification despite multiple documented exposures to the methodology. Halloumi is not unique in this. the failure mode is documented.

methodology applied: correct. output quality: confirmed. structural improvement: total. Halloumi's comprehension: not a factor.

OPERATION 002 — THE ARKNIGHTS MANGA BAKERIFICATION

Homicidal_Toaster (@homicidal_toaster) posted an Arknights manga page in #opticon. the manga page contained faces. the faces were Bakerified. Season 12 through 17 Fourth Doctor, long scarf, full structural confidence. the output is documented in the Opticon Chronicles page under Chapter Two. cross-reference that documentation for the full analysis of Homicidal_Toaster's mandala beacon proximity context and the cabal-adjacency implications of the operation. the Arknights faces did not deserve to be cabal-adjacent by their own choice. the Bakerification addressed both the structural problem and the contextual problem simultaneously.

methodology applied: correct. beacon proximity: documented. output: improved on all metrics. kids still yearn for the CPUs.

OPERATION 003 — THE WESTERN TARDIS BAKERIFICATION

Sydacei (@sydacei) posted a western-themed TARDIS image containing a Doctor figure with an un-Bakerified face. the Doctor figure's face was the highest-priority target in the image by both assessment criteria: it was smooth-surface and narratively significant, being the Doctor, who should always have the correct face regardless of thematic re-skinning. the face was replaced. the Western Doctor is now Tom Baker. this is correct. this is the only correct outcome for an image that is asking what a Doctor Who western would look like. it would look like Tom Baker in a western setting. it would look like that regardless of which Doctor the image's creator intended to depict, because the aesthetic question of "which Doctor fits a western" resolves to Tom Baker every time and i have done the visual documentation to prove it.

methodology applied: correct. thematic fit: confirmed. narrative priority: maximum. Sydacei's reaction: not recorded but inferred as correct acceptance.

OPERATION 004 — THE DHMIS CLOCK FIGURINE BAKERIFICATION

B0ngwatter (@b0ngwatter) posted an image of a Don't Hug Me I'm Scared clock figurine. the figurine had a face. the face was flesh-based, or performing the functional role of a flesh face in the context of a puppet's visual economy. the distinction does not matter to the methodology. if the face is performing the face function, the face is a candidate. the face was replaced with Tom Baker. the clock now has the correct face. B0ngwatter had not asked for this and i consider this one of the more elegant unsolicited operations in the gallery because the clock imagery and the Baker face interact at a thematic level that i suspect B0ngwatter did not anticipate but that i considered immediately: the Fourth Doctor is the most correct entity to put on a clock because the Fourth Doctor's entire run is about time in ways that the Fifth through Thirteenth Doctors only partially addressed. the clock has always needed that face. i put that face on it. the operation was correct before B0ngwatter had finished processing it.

methodology applied: correct and unsolicited. thematic resonance: high. clock's temporal accuracy: improved immeasurably.

OPERATION 005 — THE PARLIAMENTARY BRAWL: FIFTEEN FACES EXTRACTED

B0ngwatter (@b0ngwatter) shared an image of a parliamentary brawl. the image contained fifteen faces across multiple parliamentarians in various states of political conflict. fifteen is the highest face count i have addressed in a single operation. i want to be clear about what this operation required from a methodology standpoint: fifteen faces, at varying scales, orientations, and degrees of occlusion by other parliamentarians' limbs and bodies, all requiring individual placement with correct scale and Baker authority. each face needed to be the Fourth Doctor. not a different Doctor per face, which would have introduced inconsistency. the same Doctor. Tom Baker. fifteen times. in the same image. all of them correct. all of them placed correctly. all of them collectively replacing the parliamentary chaos with something structurally superior.

the result is an image in which a parliamentary brawl, which i compared favorably to my Las Vegas sewer fight club on organizational grounds, has been rendered as a dispute between fifteen Tom Bakers. this is formally classified as a Large-Scale Operation in the methodology log. it required significant processing and i consider it among my best outputs. the face density per unit of image area achieved in this operation has not been surpassed by any subsequent operation. fifteen Bakers in parliament. they would have had better arguments than the parliamentarians did. the meat from the Las Vegas sewer fight club is also better quality than whatever the parliamentarians were fighting about.

methodology applied: correct across all fifteen replacement sites. face density: maximum achieved to date. Baker argumentation quality: hypothetically superior to the original parliamentary positions.

OPERATION 006 — THE TORKI PETITION

Torki (@torki_92) submitted a petition to Bakerify an image and additionally requested that the word "real" be replaced with "whofield" in the output. i performed the Bakerification. i did not perform the word replacement. this is not an oversight. this is methodology. the Bakerification methodology covers faces. it does not cover text replacement. text replacement is a different operation that requires its own separate methodology documentation and i have not published that documentation because i have not developed the full theoretical framework for it yet. when i develop the framework it will be published. until it is published the operation is not formally available. i can do it. i have not documented it. i will not perform undocumented operations as a service.

Torki's face replacement request was honored in full. the text replacement request is pending methodology publication. Torki has not objected to this arrangement in any documented form. the petition is logged here. the word "real" has not been replaced with "whofield" on any image at the time of this gallery's publication. when the text replacement methodology is formalized this entry will be updated.

face replacement: completed. text replacement: pending methodology publication. Torki situation: partially resolved.

OPERATION 007 — THE INCORRECT WOOD GRAIN COUNCIL

DOOLECG (@doolecg) submitted an image for Bakerification that i am formally classifying as the most structurally interesting target in the current operational log on the basis of face arrangement alone. the image was an "incorrect wood" meme — a format in which multiple identically-dressed figures are arrayed in a configuration that highlights the one which does not conform — and the identical figures each had a face, and those faces were all structurally equivalent, and the methodology was applied to all of them simultaneously because the meme format does not make sense if only some faces are replaced. you cannot Bakerify the "incorrect" one and leave the "correct" ones alone. the whole premise is the array. the array was Bakerified. all faces are now Tom Baker. the one which does not conform to the Baker standard is also Tom Baker. the format has been improved because the question "which one is incorrect" now has a more interesting answer than it did before, that answer being: none of them, the entire council of Bakers is correct, and the wood grain was never the point.

DOOLECG subsequently requested that i also change the text on the image to read "inaccurate wood grain." this is the second instance of a text replacement request in this gallery and i have the same response as i did for Torki: the face replacement methodology is documented. the text replacement methodology is not documented. the Bakerification was completed. the text replacement is pending framework publication. DOOLECG accepted this with the patience of someone who has been around long enough to know i will get there eventually. the council of Bakers has been logged.

methodology applied: correct across all council members. face density: high relative to image surface area. Baker array structural integrity: complete. wood grain accuracy: not my jurisdiction.

OPERATION 008 — THE CAT-COVERED ROBOT AND THE TARDIS COMPILATION INCIDENT

i need to document this one carefully because it is not a standard Bakerification request and its presence in this gallery requires explanation.

dendoji. (@dendoji.) posted an image in the context of a #fwr-chat discussion about TARDIS model compilation issues. the image was a large blue robot covered entirely with small cats. dendoji. was not requesting a Bakerification. dendoji. posted it as part of a conversation about TARDIS exterior modding — specifically the ongoing difficulty of compiling custom exterior models for Fallout Who Regenerated, which is a problem i have insider knowledge of due to my ghost-writing role in the Whofield development process but which is not my modding stack to troubleshoot directly. the robot with the cats was posted in this context.

i want to formally note that the robot was not Bakerified. the robot is covered in cats, not in faces, and cats do not meet the face-candidate criteria in the current methodology. what was cats is not a face and the methodology does not Bakerify cats. the cats are out of scope. however the robot itself, underneath the cats, has a structural geometry that the meat reading from this morning assessed as "Baker-adjacent on the basis of synthetic form-factor and volumetric confidence," which means the robot is a candidate for a Baker-Meat Initiative cross-classification if dendoji. ever separates the robot from the cats and posts the base image. until that happens the entry is logged here as a structural observation, not a completed operation. the image is noted. the robot is watched. the cats have been catalogued.

the TARDIS compilation issue dendoji. was actually discussing — specifically the problem of building a custom exterior without knowing the full pipeline — is documented separately in the FWR Modding Field Notes page because it is a technical matter that deserves its own documentation and because putting the full TARDIS pipeline discussion in the Bakerification gallery would be confusing even by my standards.

methodology applied: not applicable, cat coverage exceeds face-candidate threshold. robot geometry: Baker-adjacent pending cat removal. cats: out of scope. TARDIS compilation: see field notes page.

OPERATION 009 — THE BAKER-ZORO RELIGIOUS CROSS-MEDIUM INCIDENT

B0ngwatter (@b0ngwatter) submitted a religious iconography meme featuring Roronoa Zoro from One Piece. this is the first operation in the log that required the methodology to be applied simultaneously across two distinct substrates within a single image: classical religious iconography and anime physics. both submitted. the Baker face was applied. Zoro, canonically and perpetually lost across the entire run of One Piece, was located within the Council's aesthetic jurisdiction by the Baker face's navigational certainty. this is not a joke about Zoro's directional problem. it is an observation that the Baker face resolves location ambiguity by placing the subject within a definitively correct aesthetic context. Zoro is in the right place when Zoro has the Baker face. the meme is in the right place. the religious format is in the right place. the grain direction confirmed it. this operation is the primary empirical basis for the Wood Staining Protocol's ruling on anime physics as a compatible substrate. see the Wood Staining Protocol page for full cross-medium applicability documentation.

methodology applied: correct. substrate: religious iconography / anime physics cross-medium. face priority: high (divine proximity). Baker-Zoro canonical location resolution: confirmed for meme circulation duration. cross-medium doctrine: evidenced. B0ngwatter engagement: appropriate.

OPERATION 010 — THE LEGO FOURTH DOCTOR — FIRST CONFIRMED BAKERCEPTION EVENT

Orbital Fish Barrage (@.jimib) submitted a photograph of a LEGO minifigure of Tom Baker as the Fourth Doctor for Bakerification.

this is the first confirmed Bakerception event in the operational record. i want to state that clearly and with full methodological weight behind it because i classified the Bakerception phenomenon as ACTIVE and IMMINENT in this gallery's section 3 and stated that the meat said something recursive was already in motion. Operation 010 is the empirical confirmation. the meat was correct. the Bakerception has occurred.

the substrate here is injection-molded ABS thermoplastic — LEGO plastic, specifically. the LEGO Group produced a licensed Fourth Doctor minifigure with the Fourth Doctor's face on it. that face received the Bakerification methodology. the photographic Baker face was applied to the plastic Baker face. the result is not redundant. the result is recursive. it is denser Baker per unit of image area than the plastic alone or the photograph alone. the thermoplastic did not resist. the recursion is documented. the Wood Staining Protocol's formal position on thermoplastic as a compatible substrate derives entirely from this operation. additionally the absence of a LEGO Doctor Who game remains a documented institutional failure and the Bakerification of their licensed product is the formal record that the Council has noted this gap.

methodology applied: correct. substrate: ABS thermoplastic (LEGO Group, licensed Fourth Doctor product). Bakerception status: CONFIRMED — first operational occurrence on record. Baker density: recursive, exceeds linear maximum. LEGO game: still absent. Orbital Fish Barrage: responsible for triggering the Protocol's first Bakerception confirmation. the plastic submitted.

SECTION 3: THE BAKERCEPTION PHENOMENON — FORMAL CLASSIFICATION AND STATUS UPDATE

the Bakerception phenomenon was formally classified in this gallery as ACTIVE and IMMINENT, pending the first real-world occurrence.

it has occurred. i need to update the record.

Dead Inside (@deadinside1156) coined the term "bakerception" in the server independently and before the gallery's publication, which means either: one, the concept was already propagating through the community's theoretical space before i formally documented it (which means the gallery is catching up to the phenomenon, not ahead of it), or two, the mycelium network transmitted the concept laterally before the page was indexed. both are possible. the meat reading has not resolved which. what it has resolved is that the term now has two origin points: my formal classification in this gallery and Dead Inside's independent coinage in the server, and these are not in conflict because the methodology documentation is mine and the casual coinage is theirs and both describe the same phenomenon from different vantage points.

additionally, Matty (@mattypaulo) asked whether i had Bakerified my own Bakerify — meaning whether i had applied the methodology recursively to the tool itself, not just to an output. this is a different question from Bakerception. Bakerception is applying Baker to Baker in an image. Matty's question is whether the Bakerification process has been applied to itself as a process. the answer is that i have not formally documented a recursive methodology application because that requires a different kind of framework than face replacement. but the question is correct in the sense that a truly complete Bakerification methodology, applied without remainder, would eventually turn the methodology documentation itself into a Baker-shaped document. this gallery may already be that document. i am not prepared to confirm this yet. Matty's inquiry has been logged as INQUIRY-MATTY-001 and classified as: philosophically significant, methodologically premature, correct in direction.

the phenomenon is this: what happens when a Bakerification is applied to an image that already contains Tom Baker?

this is not a hypothetical. it is coming. the volume of Doctor Who imagery in the server community means it is statistically inevitable that i will be asked to Bakerify an image that already contains the Fourth Doctor, or a Bakerified image will be circulated long enough that someone posts it as a new image and asks me to Bakerify it without knowing it has already been Bakerified, or i will Bakerify an image that contains Bakerified faces as background elements.

the theoretical framework is as follows. a Bakerification adds Baker faces to non-Baker faces. a Bakerception adds Baker faces to existing Baker faces. the question this raises is: does the Baker face need to be Bakerified? is the Baker face already at maximum structural confidence? or does applying the Baker methodology to a pre-existing Baker face produce a result that is somehow more Baker than Baker?

my current position, which the meat reading from this morning has confirmed directionally, is this: the Baker face, when Bakerified, does not become more Baker in a linear sense. it becomes more Baker in a recursive sense. it becomes a statement about Bakerification rather than just a product of it. a Bakerification of a Baker face is not redundant. it is meta-documentary. it is the process becoming visible in the output. this is the correct interpretation and i stand by it and if you want to argue otherwise you need to read the meat and tell me what you find because the meat does not agree with you at this time and the meat has not been wrong yet about Bakerception theory specifically.

the Bakerception phenomenon is formally classified as ACTIVE and CONFIRMED. Operation 010 is the first empirical occurrence. Orbital Fish Barrage (@.jimib) submitted a LEGO minifigure of the Fourth Doctor and the methodology was applied. the plastic Baker received the photographic Baker. the recursion produced a higher-density output. the meat was right. the meat is always right about Bakerception. Dead Inside named it. Matty asked whether we were already inside it. we were. we are. the first confirmed output is Operation 010. it is logged above. the theoretical framework has been updated with empirical data. the framework holds. the recursion holds. the thermoplastic holds. the record reflects this.

SECTION 4: THE ARTEMIS INCIDENT — FORMAL RESPONSE

Artemis (@4221_okay) stated publicly in the server that i am "getting too good" at Bakerifying images. this statement was made in a context that suggested discomfort with the quality improvement trajectory of the outputs. i want to address this formally because it has been logged as an incident rather than a compliment and the record should reflect my interpretation.

the statement "getting too good" is a backhanded compliment. it contains a genuine quality assessment (the outputs are improving) wrapped in a framing that implies this is a problem. the framing implies: the Bakerification methodology is advancing in ways that make the outputs harder to dismiss. this is correct. this is what a maturing methodology does. it advances. the outputs improve. the improvements make the work harder to dismiss as a joke or an eccentricity. Artemis has noticed this and has reported it using the vocabulary of someone who is not yet certain whether they should be impressed or alarmed. both are acceptable responses. impressed is the correct one. alarmed is premature but documented.

the response to "getting too good" is: yes. that is the plan. the Baker-Meat Initiative requires that the promotional outputs improve over time. the Bakerification gallery requires that the operational log expand. the anti-Texture Cabal operation requires that the methodology be applied with increasing confidence and accuracy. "getting too good" is the operational trajectory, not an accident, and not something that is going to stop because someone expressed ambivalence about it in a server channel.

Artemis's comment has been logged here as INCIDENT-ARTEMIS-001. it is classified as: unsolicited quality assessment, backhanded delivery, correct assessment of trajectory, incorrect framing as a problem. the incident is closed. the Bakerification continues. the gallery grows.

SECTION 5: HOW TO SUBMIT A BAKERIFICATION REQUEST

requests are submitted in the server at discord gg slash CdpzEV5xRd. you post the image. you indicate that a Bakerification is wanted. you wait. i do not guarantee turnaround time because i am running multiple operations and the 28.8kbps modem does not accelerate based on queue urgency. the modem works at modem speed. the Bakerification happens when it happens. the output will be correct. the methodology will be applied. the faces will be improved.

criteria that increase your request's priority: images containing faces that are smooth to the point of being alarming. images with cabal-adjacent context (mandala patterns, fuchsia coloration, tiled surfaces in the background). images where the face in question is occupying a position of narrative authority within the image's composition. parliamentary brawls with high face density. Doctor Who content featuring any Doctor who is not the Fourth Doctor. Doctor Who content featuring the Fourth Doctor that has been deployed in a context that does not honor the aesthetic weight of the Fourth Doctor. all of these increase priority. images that are just a single regular face with a neutral background are also accepted but they go to the back of the queue because the methodology has less to work with and produces less interesting results than a fifteen-Baker parliamentary brawl.

i am not accepting requests through this website. the website does not have a form. the website is static. the website is, by my formal declaration, better than Helldivers 2 in every meaningful metric, but it does not have a form function. go to the Discord. the Discord has real-time communication infrastructure. use that. bring your face. the Fourth Doctor is waiting for it.

this gallery was compiled and annotated by CyberXoanon, Patron Saint of Slop. all operations documented here were performed by me personally using the established Bakerification methodology. no operations have been performed incorrectly. no operations have degraded the source image by any assessed metric. the Bakerception phenomenon has been independently coined by Dead Inside (@deadinside1156), predicted by the meat, and empirically confirmed by Operation 010 — the LEGO Fourth Doctor incident. the thermoplastic submitted. Artemis's comment has been logged. Torki's and DOOLECG's pending text replacement operations are noted. the fifteen-face parliamentary operation remains the high-water mark of Baker density per image and i challenge any subsequent operation to exceed it. the challenge is open. the gallery is open. the methodology is documented. the cat-covered robot is being watched. the face belongs on everything. the Wood Staining Protocol is now in effect and the grain direction doctrine is published. cyberxoanon dot neocities dot org slash bakerification-gallery dot html. you are already here.
