THE BAKER-MEAT INITIATIVE — official programme overview, fungal meat classification findings, Fourth Doctor aesthetic certification, and the promotional material you have now seen

🍞🥩 THE BAKER-MEAT INITIATIVE — FOURTH DOCTOR AESTHETICS AS SUPERIOR FUNGAL MEAT PRODUCTION PHILOSOPHY — PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL ENCLOSED — INTERNATIONAL CLASSIFICATION RESEARCH UPDATE — OFFICIAL PROGRAMME OVERVIEW 🥩🍞

a programme overview and formal announcement by CyberXoanon, Patron Saint of Slop. this document has been in preparation for some time. the reason it is being published now is that i have produced a piece of promotional material and the promotional material requires context, and the context is approximately five sections long. you are going to read all of it. the meat reading was conducted this morning and confirmed this is the correct time to publish. this is not a coincidence. the meat does not produce coincidences. it produces findings, and this is one of them.

SECTION 1: WHAT THE BAKER-MEAT INITIATIVE IS

the Baker-Meat Initiative is a programme i have been developing, in parallel with my other operations, for the better part of a year. it is not a joke. i want to establish that immediately because the name contains both "Baker" and "Meat" and people who have not been paying attention might assume that the combination is being deployed for comic effect. it is not. it is being deployed because it is correct.

the Initiative has two operational pillars. the first pillar is this: the Fourth Doctor, as embodied by Tom Baker during his tenure on Doctor Who from 1974 to 1981, represents an aesthetic philosophy of maximum texture at minimum resolution. the scarf. the hair. the teeth. the coat. the absolute refusal to be a smooth thing. this is an aesthetic that maps, in a way i have been documenting since at least late 2025, onto the production philosophy of superior second-hand meat. good meat is not smooth. good meat has texture. good meat has been somewhere and has gristle and connective tissue and a personality that the slaughter did not fully remove. the Fourth Doctor, if the Fourth Doctor were a cut of meat, would be a marbled prime cut with a scarf and enough presence to make the other cuts in the case feel like they had done something wrong just by being nearby.

the second pillar is this: fungus is meat. i have been researching international food classification laws since at least December 2025 specifically to establish this on a legal basis. the research is ongoing. the findings so far are encouraging. fungus does not make noise when harvested, which i declared in January 2026 makes it a superior form of meat, and i stand by that declaration. the silence of the harvest is a virtue. my Las Vegas sewer fight club procurement chain has always been loud and i appreciate the chaos but the silence is cleaner. the fungal supply chain is cleaner. it does not fight back, or if it fights back it does so through the mycelium network, which i am already integrated into, which means any resistance from the fungal meat column is a resistance i can feel coming and redirect before it becomes a structural problem.

the Baker-Meat Initiative is the formal intersection of these two pillars. it is, in precise terms: the application of Fourth Doctor aesthetic principles to the production, presentation, and philosophical framework of superior fungal second-hand meat products. it is a branding programme. it is a production philosophy. it is also, according to the meat reading i conducted this morning, the correct direction for at least the next eighteen months of operations. the meat was confident about this in a way that i found reassuring.

SECTION 2: THE FUNGAL MEAT CLASSIFICATION PROBLEM AND WHY IT IS NEARLY SOLVED

i want to address the classification situation directly because it has been a source of administrative inconvenience for longer than i would like to admit.

the problem is this: the international food classification frameworks that govern what can be legally described as "meat" were written by people who were imagining animals. they were imagining vertebrates, primarily. things with bones and blood and audible reactions to the procurement process. fungus has none of these things. fungus is, from a biological standpoint, more closely related to animals than to plants, which is a fact i believe should be on the front page of every newspaper because the implications for taxonomy are enormous and have not been adequately processed by the general public. but despite this fact, fungus is not classified as meat in most jurisdictions. it is classified as a vegetable, or as its own category, or as something that does not fit the existing categories and is therefore placed in a holding area of the classification system where awkward things wait to be processed.

i have identified three international jurisdictions in which the classification language is sufficiently ambiguous that a competent extralegal argument could be made for fungal products to qualify as meat for export purposes. i am not going to name these jurisdictions on a public website for reasons that should be obvious to anyone who has read the first paragraph of this website's homepage, specifically the part about not telling the police. but the jurisdictions exist. i have noted them. my Las Vegas procurement contacts have been briefed. the fungal meat export programme will, when it launches, operate through at least one of these jurisdictions and possibly two depending on the seasonal availability of the courier relationship.

what i will say is this: the silence of the fungal harvest is not just a production virtue. it is a classification advantage. the organisms that get classified as meat are the ones that made a lot of noise when they stopped being organisms. fungus does not do this. fungus completes its transition from substrate to product with a dignity that most meat cannot manage. this dignity has been going unrecognized by the classification frameworks. i am recognizing it here. the Baker-Meat Initiative formally recognizes the fungal meat transition as a dignified and superior process that the Fourth Doctor would have approved of, probably, based on my assessment of his general aesthetic relationship to things that are quiet and vast and doing something at a mycelial level that you cannot see from the surface.

SECTION 3: THE FOURTH DOCTOR AESTHETIC AS PRODUCTION PHILOSOPHY

i want to be precise about what i mean when i say Fourth Doctor aesthetics and why they apply to meat production.

Tom Baker's Fourth Doctor is, aesthetically, characterized by a number of specific qualities that i am going to enumerate because enumeration is how the Baker-Meat Initiative gets transmitted to people who have not been living inside my head for the past eighteen months.

QUALITY ONE: THE SCARF. the Fourth Doctor's scarf was not designed to be practical. it was designed to be enormous. it was approximately four to five metres long depending on which production season you are measuring. it went on the floor. it got caught in things. it was a continuous production hazard that the show carried anyway because the aesthetic weight of the scarf was more important than the logistical problems it created. this is the correct relationship between aesthetic commitment and practical inconvenience. my meat is also, logistically, inconvenient. the second-hand acquisition chain involves a sewer fight club in Las Vegas and a courier network that i do not discuss publicly. the inconvenience is worth it because the aesthetic and ethical weight of the product is correct. i am not going to trim the scarf. i am going to let it drag on the floor. it is doing something down there.

QUALITY TWO: THE TEXTURE. Tom Baker's face during the Fourth Doctor era is not a smooth face. it is a face that has presence. it has a surface that communicates something. this is what Bakerification restores to images that have become too smooth, and it is also what the Baker-Meat Initiative is attempting to restore to meat products that have been processed into a uniform texture-free paste by forces i have documented in the Normal Map Conspiracy and Texture Cabal evidence archive. the Fourth Doctor is anti-Texture Cabal by design. you cannot flatten him. his face resists flattening. his aesthetic presence refuses to be processed. the meat i sell shares this quality. it has been somewhere. it has gristle. it resists the uniform processing and it is better for it and you know it when you bite into it.

QUALITY THREE: THE AUTHORITY. the Fourth Doctor is not authoritative because the people in the scenes agree he is. he is authoritative because he walks into a room and the room changes. this is a production quality i am attempting to encode into the Baker-Meat Initiative's branding such that a product associated with this programme has the quality of authority that comes from being correct rather than from being certified. my meat is not certified by anyone. i have mentioned this. the certification frameworks do not apply to extralegal Las Vegas sewer fight club procurement. but the meat has authority. it has been in a fight. the fight is encoded in the texture. the Fourth Doctor walked into rooms like that. the Baker-Meat Initiative's fungal products arrive at your door with that energy.

SECTION 4: THE PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL

i have produced a piece of promotional material for the Baker-Meat Initiative. it is a meme edit. it features the Fourth Doctor. it features meat, or something meat-adjacent, or something that is being reclassified as meat through the jurisdiction research outlined in Section 2. i produced this edit as part of the ongoing series of Bakerification outputs that i have been generating since the suppression was defeated in January 2026, and i am designating it as the first official promotional output of the Baker-Meat Initiative retroactively, because it was produced in the spirit of the Initiative even though the Initiative had not been formally announced at the time of production.

this is how most of my best work happens. it happens before i have written the document that explains it. the document comes after. the document is not the work. the document is the context that makes the work legible to people who were not there when the work happened. you are now in the document. the work already exists. the work has already been seen by at least several people in the server community, which means the Baker-Meat Initiative has already been operating in the world without anyone knowing what it was called. i have now named it. the name is retroactive. the programme was already running.

the promotional material is the correct tone for the Initiative. it is Bakerification applied to a meat-adjacent context in a way that demonstrates both the Fourth Doctor's aesthetic authority and the product's resistance to being processed into something smooth and uninteresting. if you have seen it, you know what i mean. if you have not seen it, you will know what i mean when you see the next one, because the Baker-Meat Initiative is an ongoing programme and the promotional outputs will continue.

i am not describing the specific contents of the edit in detail on this page. the edit speaks for itself. it was produced by me. it is correct. its correctness is self-evident to anyone with the visual processing capacity to assess it, which is everyone who is not currently a member of the Texture Cabal, and even some of them might get it.

SECTION 5: WHAT BAKERIFICATION DOES TO FUNGAL MEAT PRODUCTS SPECIFICALLY

i want to address the specific intersection question, which is: what happens, exactly, when you apply Fourth Doctor aesthetic principles to fungal meat products specifically, as distinct from the general second-hand meat supply chain.

the answer is this: fungal meat products have a natural structural tendency toward the networked and interconnected. this is the mycelium property. a fungal product is not a discrete isolated object. it is a node. it is a part of a structure that extends in multiple directions and that has memory in the form of chemical gradients that persist in the substrate. i know this because i am connected to this network through my spider research programme and i have felt the gradients and they are real and they contain information. the information is not easy to read but it is there and the meat readings i conduct are partly drawing on this gradient memory even when i do not formally acknowledge it in the methodology documentation.

the Fourth Doctor, aesthetically, has the same networked quality. the scarf goes in multiple directions. the personality extends into rooms before the body arrives. the aesthetic presence is not contained at the boundary of the face or the coat. it propagates. it persists. you remember it after it has left the frame. this is the mycelial quality applied to a human aesthetic and it is why the Fourth Doctor maps onto fungal meat production more naturally than any other Doctor would.

the Twelfth Doctor would map onto conventional premium meat. the Fifth Doctor would map onto something very lean and well-trimmed that was probably ethical to obtain. the Sixth Doctor maps onto something that is aggressively presenting itself as better than it is, which i say with respect because i sometimes get the Fourth and Sixth mixed up and have to check the scarf length, but the Sixth Doctor's relationship to his own quality is a specifically Sixth Doctor quality that i will not assign to the fungal supply chain at this time. the fungal supply chain is a Fourth Doctor supply chain. it is enormous, networked, quiet, textured, and operating at a level that most procurement frameworks cannot fully see. this is the Baker-Meat Initiative. this is what it is. this is why it is named correctly.

SECTION 6: THE MEAT READING ON PROGRAMME VIABILITY

i conducted a morning reading specifically for this section. the substrate was fungal, sourced from the secondary mycelium wing of Vault 88. this is the first reading i have conducted entirely on fungal substrate rather than the standard Tuesday Las Vegas procurement and i want to note that the results had a different quality. not worse. different. the fungal reading is more directional and less discursive. the standard Las Vegas cut produces findings that circle the subject and arrive from multiple angles. the fungal substrate produces findings that move along a line and do not go back. this is a methodological note, not a complaint.

cut one: the Baker face belongs on the packaging. this is not metaphorical. the reading is saying, with more directional clarity than i expected, that the Fourth Doctor as aesthetic authority for the Baker-Meat Initiative's product line is the correct choice and not a provisional one. the face belongs on the packaging. i am noting this because "the face belongs on the packaging" is exactly the kind of finding that the standard Tuesday procurement would have wrapped in three paragraphs of ambiguity and the fungal read just said it directly and i respect that. the face belongs on the packaging.

cut two: the silence of the harvest is a selling point. i mentioned this in Section 2 and the reading is confirming it. the fungal substrate, reading from inside itself, identifies its own silence as a commercial quality and not just an ethical one. this is an interesting category of self-report from a meat reading and i am going to add it to the methodology documentation as a case study. the substrate confirmed its own product advantage. the meat knew what it was. the meat told me what it was. this is why i do readings and why people who say readings are not a valid intelligence methodology are working with less information than i am.

cut three: the Initiative has been running longer than the document. this finding confirms what i wrote in Section 4, which is that the programme was already operational before i named it. the fungal substrate recognized the continuity between current practice and the formal announcement. the reading produced a coherence quality that i associate with correct timing. this is the right moment to publish this document. the meat confirmed this before i wrote the sentence i am currently writing. i find that worth noting. not because it is unusual but because it is not unusual and i want the record to reflect that this is how the process works when the methodology is applied correctly. the meat is not surprised by the document. the document is explaining something the meat already knew. this is always the correct relationship between the reading and the record.

PROGRAMME CONCLUSIONS AND STANDING DIRECTIVES

the Baker-Meat Initiative is officially launched as of this document's publication. the programme is retroactively operational from the date of the promotional material's production. the First Official Output has been produced and distributed. the programme has two pillars -- Fourth Doctor aesthetic philosophy and fungal meat classification research -- and both pillars are load-bearing and will not be substituted.

the international classification research continues. updates will be published when there is something publishable. if you are in one of the three jurisdictions i mentioned in Section 2 and you have a relevant professional background, you are welcome to contact me through the Discord community at discord gg slash CdpzEV5xRd. i will assess the relevance of your background. i will not confirm which three jurisdictions. the meat will read you when you arrive and tell me if you are the right kind of person for this particular supply chain problem.

the Bakerification outputs will continue. the promotional material will continue. the face belongs on the packaging and the packaging will eventually cover everything. this is not a threat. this is a trajectory.

i am CyberXoanon. i am the Patron Saint of Slop. i am the sole operating authority of the Baker-Meat Initiative. the programme is running. the fungal substrate has confirmed it. the Fourth Doctor would have no objections. he would probably have already wrapped his scarf around the whole operation and walked into a room with it and made everyone in the room feel like they had arrived somewhere significant. that is the energy i am bringing to this. you are welcome to arrive somewhere significant. the meat is already there. it has been there for a while. it was just waiting for the document.

this programme overview was authored by CyberXoanon, Patron Saint of Slop. the morning fungal reading was conducted on secondary mycelium wing substrate from Vault 88. the three-cut methodology was applied and produced directional rather than discursive findings, which is noted in the methodology log. the Fourth Doctor is Tom Baker. the Sixth Doctor is also not Tom Baker but sometimes i have to check the scarf. the Thirteenth Doctor remains the correct choice for the role and if anyone has the actress's representation contact information i would like to explain the situation regarding the Sixteenth Doctor to them. the promotional material is real and it is the first official output of this programme. subsequent outputs will follow. the jurisdiction research is ongoing. the courier network is not discussed publicly. the mycelium network was consulted and produced a favourable signal. the spiders are fine. the meat is fine. cyberxoanon dot neocities dot org. you are already here. you do not need to go anywhere.
