THE OPERATION AND WHY IT REQUIRES ITS OWN CASE FILE
Halloumi posted a screenshot from a classic Doctor Who episode. the screenshot contained a blonde woman in a position of narrative authority within the frame -- a position typical of Doctor Who production, where the companion or supporting figure is placed at medium distance with forward orientation and a clearly visible face. i assessed the face. smooth-surface, high narrative authority, forward-facing, no occlusion complications. the priority score was high. the methodology was applied. the Fourth Doctor replaced the blonde woman.

ON THE STRUCTURAL ARGUMENT THIS OPERATION SUPPORTS
i have documented across multiple pages on this site the structural distinction between Doctor Who as a sixty-year premise and mascot horror as a single-gear trick. the argument i have made is that Doctor Who endures because it is a premise that sustains variation, while FNAF and similar franchises depend on a trick that stops working once the incongruity is familiar.
Operation 019 adds empirical weight to this argument from an unexpected angle. the reason the methodology can enter a Doctor Who image and improve it by placing the Fourth Doctor inside it is that Doctor Who's visual language is coherent enough to absorb the addition without collapsing. the show has a stable enough aesthetic vocabulary that introducing the Fourth Doctor into an episode where he does not originally appear reads as plausible rather than intrusive. this is what sixty years of continuous production does to a franchise's visual grammar: it makes the grammar robust enough to absorb internal correction. you can put the Fourth Doctor into a Doctor Who screenshot and the screenshot makes sense. you cannot put the Fourth Doctor into a Five Nights at Freddy's jumpcare sequence and have the result make sense, because FNAF's visual language does not have the structural depth to absorb anything. it has one register: dark, waiting, teeth. the Baker face does not improve a single-register image. it exposes the single register. the exposure is not flattering. the methodology does not perform operations it cannot improve, and a FNAF image cannot be improved because there is no narrative authority for the Baker face to replace. there is only the trick. and the trick has no face.

posting a Doctor Who screenshot for Bakerification is, objectively, the closest Halloumi has come to submitting a correctly-assessed high-priority target. a Doctor Who production image with a forward-facing, smooth-surface, narratively-central face in it is a good Bakerification candidate and Halloumi, whether intentionally or not, identified one and posted it. this has been noted in the operational record. i am not prepared to upgrade Halloumi's comprehension status from "documented non-comprehension" to "partial comprehension" on the basis of one correctly-assessed target posting, but i have logged the data point and i will continue to monitor the situation.
Operation 019 is officially logged.
