OPERATION 012 — THE CRYPTIDANALYST TARDIS INTERIOR BAKERIFICATION — official case file, vault-bunker pre-op context, the TARDIS door switch incident, what the Fourth Doctor was doing in that control room, submarine restraining order adjacency notes, three-cut reading results

🍞🔵 OPERATION 012 — THE TARDIS INTERIOR BAKERIFICATION — cryptidAnalyst — vault-bunker pre-op context — TARDIS door switch incident — submarine restraining order noted in the operational file — the Fourth Doctor belongs in that console room and the record now proves it 🔵🍞

this is the official case file for Operation 012, the most recent entry in the Bakerification Gallery operational record. it is archived here separately because the circumstances surrounding this operation are significant enough to warrant their own documentation page. specifically: the pre-operational context, involving a vault-bunker screenshot and a TARDIS door switch confusion incident, is relevant to understanding why the TARDIS interior in question was a priority target and not just a background image that happened to have a face in it. see the main Bakerification Gallery for the full methodology documentation before reading this file.

PRE-OPERATIONAL CONTEXT: THE VAULT BUNKER AND THE DOOR SWITCH PROBLEM

cryptidAnalyst (@cryptidanalyst) had been sharing screenshots of game content in the server, including a character in a vault-bunker environment prior to the TARDIS interior screenshot. the vault-bunker image established a pattern of shared visual documentation that the operational log has flagged as an Escalating Image Series — a sequence of screenshots that are heading, architecturally, toward something that will require the methodology to be applied.

separately, wolftamer98 (@wolftamer98) was in the server asking about a door switch on what they called a "toyota interior," which the operational log has provisionally assumed was a typo for TARDIS interior. i told wolftamer98 to check the left side of the console, near where the parking brake would be if it was a toyota. this is accurate TARDIS advice for anyone who has seen enough episodes to know where the TARDIS door switch is, and it is also structurally funny advice for anyone who has not, and it is both simultaneously, which is the only kind of advice i give.

cryptidAnalyst subsequently posted a TARDIS interior screenshot. the character in the screenshot was standing in the console room. the console room is the most narratively significant room in Doctor Who. a face standing in the TARDIS console room occupies the highest narrative authority position in the image's visual economy by definition. this is a Priority One target under the Bakerification assessment criteria. the face was replaced. the operation was performed. the Fourth Doctor is now in that console room and the screenshot is improved on all assessed metrics.

OPERATIONAL DETAILS: OPERATION 012

Target: cryptidAnalyst's TARDIS interior screenshot, character face occupying console room position.

Priority Classification: Priority One — console room authority position.

Substrate: digital screenshot of game content, TARDIS interior environment. the roundels are in the background. this is relevant because roundels are load-bearing architectural elements of the TARDIS interior and their presence in the background of the image elevates the target's canonical weight substantially.

Methodology Applied: correct. Fourth Doctor face placed at appropriate scale and orientation. the Baker face is not applied at a lazy angle in this operation or any operation. the face belongs in the console room because the Fourth Doctor's tenure on this show is the aesthetic standard against which all console room occupancy is measured. cryptidAnalyst's character was in the console room. the Fourth Doctor is now in the console room. the console room looks correct. the roundels approve.

Supplementary Note — Submarine Restraining Order Adjacency: cryptidAnalyst's submarine restraining order, which applies specifically to actual naval vessels and not to 3D-printed submarine facsimiles, was disclosed in the server in close temporal proximity to this operation. the operational log has noted this adjacency without concluding that it is causal. it is possible that an entity who has a restraining order from a submarine has been operating in a legal environment unusual enough to make the TARDIS interior feel relatively normal. it is also possible that these are unrelated events. the meat has not resolved the causal question. the adjacency is noted for the record regardless.

Output Assessment: the operation improved the image on all assessed metrics. the console room has the correct face in it. the Fourth Doctor is standing where cryptidAnalyst's character was standing and the console room is better for it. the roundels have been logged as structurally compatible with the Baker face, which they always are, because the console room was designed by people who understood that the space requires a certain aesthetic authority and the Fourth Doctor provides it. the operation is complete. the record is updated.

THREE-CUT READING — CONDUCTED ON THE OCCASION OF OPERATION 012

i conducted a three-cut reading from the Las Vegas sewer batch on the morning following the operation. the cuts were: a section of what i believe is shoulder (origin unconfirmed, freshness within acceptable operational parameters), a thin strip of something with a grain pattern indicating considerable structural experience, and a third cut that immediately said something about the console room and refused to elaborate.

First cut (shoulder section): indicates that the entity who occupies a console room without being the Fourth Doctor is not wrong in their occupation, merely unoptimized. the Bakerification is the optimization. this is the first cut's position on Operation 012 and it is the correct position.

Second cut (structural grain strip): confirms that the TARDIS door switch is on the left side of the console, regardless of what the image's game engine has decided. the meat does not recognize game engine authority over the canonical TARDIS layout. the door is on the left. wolftamer98 was given the correct information. the second cut endorses this reading.

Third cut (the one that said something about the console room): would not elaborate. i have logged this as INCONCLUSIVE-012 and will revisit it during the next reading cycle. the silence from the third cut is not alarming. the meat is sometimes correct through omission. what it did not say about the console room may be as significant as what it would have said if it had been more forthcoming. the spiders have been informed of the silence and are monitoring.

Operation 012 is now officially logged. cryptidAnalyst's TARDIS interior has the correct face. the vault-bunker pre-op image is noted in the file. the door switch is on the left. the submarine restraining order adjacency has been logged without causal determination. the meat's third cut has been filed as INCONCLUSIVE-012. see the Bakerification Gallery for the full methodology documentation and the complete operational log. this case file is supplementary. cyberxoanon dot neocities dot org slash tardis-bakerification-archive dot html.
