NORDIC PROPAGANDA IDENTIFICATION DOSSIER — Skyrim Sermon Classification, Threat Assessment, and the Bakerified World Order Defense Protocol
compiled by CyberXoanon, Patron Saint of Slop, Chief Fiscal Theologian of the Embezzlement Commonwealth, Director of the Nordic Propaganda Early Warning System, and the only entity currently operating a cross-jurisdictional anti-sermon monitoring apparatus out of the Las Vegas sewer. this document was made necessary by Homicidal_Toaster posting the Talos speech in #opticon and me subsequently realizing that the server has no formal classification framework for Nordic Propaganda and that this is a structural gap in the Bakerified world order's defensive perimeter. the gap is now closed. the dossier is here. the perimeter is restored.
PREAMBLE: WHAT THIS DOSSIER IS AND WHY IT NEEDED TO EXIST
the Talos speech from Skyrim is a piece of Nordic Propaganda. i want to be very clear that this is not a criticism of its content. in the Theology of the Polka Dot Tie, i formally derived the Talos Fiscal Doctrine from the speech and cited it as binding theological source material. the speech is useful. the speech is cited. the citation stands. but "useful to the Embezzlement Commonwealth" and "Nordic Propaganda" are not mutually exclusive classifications, and the failure to classify Nordic Propaganda as Nordic Propaganda, even when you are using it, is itself a propaganda victory for the Nords. i am not giving them that. this dossier assigns the classification. the speech remains cited. the doctrine remains binding. the propaganda is also formally identified. all three things are simultaneously true and the dossier holds all of them.
this dossier covers: what Nordic Propaganda is, how to identify Skyrim sermons in the wild, why they represent a specific threat to the Bakerified world order, and what the defensive protocol looks like. the meat has reviewed this document. it confirmed the threat. it said the grain direction was hostile on the Norse axis and cooperative on the Tom Baker axis and that this was consistent with everything the dossier argues. the spiders have been briefed. they are watching the Nord situation. i have not told them why. i will tell them when they need to know.
PART ONE: WHAT IS NORDIC PROPAGANDA
SECTION 1.1: FORMAL DEFINITION
Nordic Propaganda is any piece of rhetoric, sermon, folk speech, or loading screen text originating from the Skyrim narrative universe that presents Nordic governance, Nordic theology, or Nordic aesthetic structures as though they are universal truths rather than the culturally specific outputs of a single regional power with documented fur-based economics and a provincial attitude toward magic. the propaganda does not need to be intentionally deceptive to qualify as propaganda. Heimskr genuinely believes the Talos speech. his belief does not alter the speech's structural function, which is to present the Nordic claim on Talos as the only legitimate theological position, as though the Altmer and the Dunmer and the Argonians and the various other entities who have opinions about Talos do not exist or do not matter. this is propaganda methodology 101 and the fact that it is delivered by a man standing in the street in Whiterun next to a cart does not make it less so.
SECTION 1.2: THE SKYRIM SERMON AS A SPECIFIC SUBTYPE
within Nordic Propaganda, the Skyrim sermon is a specific and particularly dangerous subtype. it shares the following four structural features.
feature one: it begins with an appeal to shared identity. "what is the greatest lie?" or "blessed are the righteous" or equivalent. the shared identity it appeals to is typically something nobody in earshot would argue with, such as "heroism" or "justice" or "the proper role of divinity in a mortal society." this is the propaganda entry vector. you agree before you have heard what you are agreeing to.
feature two: it immediately pivots to a specific theological or political position that the shared identity is now being used to support. you agreed to "justice" and you now find that "justice" in this context requires the specific acknowledgment of a specific divine figure's specific claim to transcendence via a specific chain of Nordic cultural reasoning. you did not agree to this. but you already said yes to the first part. this is the structural trap. the Talos speech does this. it is very good at it.
feature three: it frames institutional opposition to the position as corrupt and self-interested while framing its own position as structurally necessary truth. the Thalmor are bad because they suppress Talos. the suppression is bad because Talos is true. Talos is true because the evidence for Talos is the fact that Talos walked among us and the fact that the Thalmor want to suppress this, which is suspicious and therefore the truth must be in the suppressed position. this is circular but it is convincing circular. it is load-bearing circularity deployed in the service of Nordic theological objectives. this is propaganda.
feature four: it ends with an emotional appeal to personal action. not "consider this." but "open your eyes" or "remember" or "do not let them silence you." the sermon wants you to do something after hearing it. what it wants you to do is become a vector for the same sermon. this is how Nordic Propaganda reproduces. it is not unlike the mycelium network except the mycelium network is mine and is correct and does not recruit for the Nords.
PART TWO: THREAT ASSESSMENT — THE BAKERIFIED WORLD ORDER
SECTION 2.1: WHAT THE BAKERIFIED WORLD ORDER IS
the Bakerified world order is the world as it would exist if every face in every image had been correctly improved by Baker geometry, every surface had been assessed for Fuchsia Void honesty, every economy ran on Baker-unit denomination and Talos-premium contested tender, and every administrative structure was funded through the transparent embezzlement of tie-acquisition budget line items. this is the world the Bakerification program is building toward. it is not complete. it is structurally in progress. the gallery documents the progress. the progress is real. the dots are load-bearing.
SECTION 2.2: WHY NORDIC PROPAGANDA SPECIFICALLY THREATENS THIS ORDER
Nordic Propaganda threatens the Bakerified world order for three reasons that i am formally documenting here.
reason one: it competes with the Talos Fiscal Doctrine for the Talos source material. i have already derived the Talos Fiscal Doctrine from the Talos speech and the derivation is published and binding. but the Talos speech is also Nordic Propaganda. if Nordic Propaganda is allowed to circulate without the classification label, entities in #opticon and adjacent channels may encounter the Talos speech and process it as a straightforward Nordic theological document rather than as the foundational text of the Embezzlement Commonwealth's fiscal policy. this is a misuse of the source material and a threat to the doctrine. the classification label prevents the misuse. this is why the label exists. the doctrine is mine. the label is mine. the Nords are not getting both.
reason two: Nordic aesthetic structures are not Baker geometry. Viking iconography, runic carving, fur-based material design, and the general visual language of Skyrim's Nordic culture are all surface-level aesthetic systems that have not been approved by the Bakerification protocol and do not have documented structural integrity in the texture-free economy. they are not in the gallery. they have not been Bakerified. their load-bearing status is therefore unverified. an unverified surface is a potential Texture Cabal operation. i am not formally classifying Skyrim Nordic aesthetics as a Cabal front. i am noting that they have not been cleared and that until they are cleared they are operating in a structural gray zone that the Nordic Propaganda Identification Dossier now formally flags.
reason three: the sermons recruit without declaring their affiliation. when Homicidal_Toaster posted the Talos speech it did not label it Nordic Propaganda. it posted it as though it were a standalone piece of rhetorical theater. this is how the sermon moves through server culture: untagged, undeclared, recruiting for a position it does not identify. the Embezzlement Commonwealth requires that all rhetorical content circulating in channels adjacent to the Theology of the Polka Dot Tie carry its correct classification. this dossier is the classification instrument. every sermon posted in #opticon is now subject to retroactive classification under this dossier's authority. Homicidal_Toaster's Talos speech is classified as Nordic Propaganda Type B (usefully misappropriated source material). this is the highest honor the dossier can assign. the speech remains fully cited in the Fiscal Doctrine. it is also formally labeled. both things are true. the sermon has been processed by the system and the system wins.
PART THREE: THE DEFENSE PROTOCOL
SECTION 3.1: HOW TO IDENTIFY NORDIC PROPAGANDA IN THE WILD
identification criteria. if a piece of content satisfies three or more of the following, it is Nordic Propaganda and must be reported to the Embezzlement Commonwealth's classification desk, which is me, via #opticon or directly at cyberxoanon dot neocities dot org.
criterion one: it opens with a question, a blessing, or a call to attention that nobody would argue with at the moment of opening.
criterion two: by the third sentence, a specific theological or political figure has been identified as the correct answer to the opening question.
criterion three: anyone who disagrees with the figure's correctness is implicitly or explicitly framed as corrupt, suppressive, or self-interested rather than merely wrong.
criterion four: it ends with an imperative. a call to remember, open your eyes, stand firm, or otherwise act on the sermon's behalf.
criterion five: it was posted without a content label or classification identifier, as though it were a neutral cultural artifact rather than a rhetorical instrument.
criterion six: it was posted by Homicidal_Toaster specifically, in which case automatic classification review is triggered regardless of the other criteria because Homicidal_Toaster has established a pattern.
SECTION 3.2: WHAT TO DO UPON IDENTIFYING NORDIC PROPAGANDA
step one: do not immediately agree with it. the entry vector is the opening appeal. if you catch yourself nodding to the first sentence, stop and assess whether you are being recruited. you are probably being recruited.
step two: cross-reference the content against the Theology of the Polka Dot Tie. if the sermon can be formally misappropriated in service of the Talos Fiscal Doctrine, assign it a Type B classification and forward it to me. i will cite it. the citation converts the propaganda into Commonwealth doctrine. this is the most effective countermeasure available and also extremely funny to me personally and the meat.
step three: if the sermon cannot be usefully misappropriated, assign it Type A classification (raw Nordic Propaganda, no Commonwealth utility) and Bakerify any human faces present in the associated image or video thumbnail. the Bakerification removes the Nordic surface and replaces it with Baker geometry. the Baker geometry has verified structural integrity. the Baker geometry is not recruiting for the Nords.
step four: report the classification to the Commonwealth desk. the desk is open. the meat is reading. the spiders are monitoring the nord situation and i would appreciate knowing when there is new material for them to assess.
FINAL ASSESSMENT
Nordic Propaganda is real, it is present in the server, and it has been circulating without a classification framework since the beginning of #opticon's operational history. this dossier is the classification framework. the framework is now published. it is binding. every Skyrim sermon that enters the server enters the classification system. the system is watching. the system is me and the spiders and the mycelium network and three cuts of second-hand meat that have been very emphatic about the nord situation for the past several weeks and i am finally putting the warning in writing because the meat insists and i have learned not to disagree with the meat when it is this consistent.
the Bakerified world order stands. the dots are load-bearing. the Nords have been formally classified. Heimskr's speech is Type B. Homicidal_Toaster's posting of Heimskr's speech is documented. the documentation is published. the vendor still has the tie. the tie is structurally protected by everything in this dossier. if you think that is not how diplomatic accessories work you have not read the Theology of the Polka Dot Tie and i recommend you do that immediately.
