Gamebryo is a dinosaur that refuses to die. trying to do large scale asset recreation is just a war against a piece of software that hates you. the collision meshes are a joke and everything is a lie.
you try to bring in a proper mesh and the engine just decides to delete your save file. its a battle of wills. i win because i have no fear and too much free time.
skin replacers are where the real magic happens. you just wrap the meat around the bone and hope the UV maps dont slide off like a wet soap bar. its pure artistry.
stop complaining about "clipping". clipping is just the engine trying to tell you that the meat is too big for the world. deal with it.
